Item doesn’t fit? changed your mind? no problem! If you are not satisfied with your purchase we will happily issue you an exchange or refund provided the following conditions are met:
When you can return
You will be issued a refund or exchange, provided that:
• You return the item within 15 days of purchase
• The item is unworn, and/or in its original condition
• The item is returned along with a completed return slip
If the item was faulty or damaged on arrival please let us know as soon as possible.
How to return
Simply fill in the return form and post it to us, along with the item(s) you wish to return to:

You are responsible for the costs of returning items to Sleepwear Online. Any items returned are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. Please ensure you package your return to prevent any damage to the items.
We recommend you use a postal service that insures you for the value of the item(s) you are returning.
How much will be credited or refunded
Shipping fees are non refundable, unless the items returned were damaged or faulty, or you are seeking a full refund instead of an exchange.
For exchanges where the new item is less than the original item we will refund the difference between the original item and the new item. If the new item is more than the original item we will contact you to arrange payment of the difference before shipping your new item.
If exchanging items the original shipping fees will not be refunded, however we will not charge any further shipping charges to ship the new item back to you.
